Job Summary

Randstad Canada is seeking an experienced Industrial Millwright to join a growing company in the Penetanguishene area. As a Millwright, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Read and interpret hydraulic and pneumatic prints
Operate various types of equipment, including lathes, milling machines, and radial drillers
Familiarity with chrome, zinc, and plating equipment and chemicals
Repair air diaphragm and electrical pumps

Requirements

Journeyman's certificate through an apprenticeship program as a certified Industrial Millwright
Maintain good housekeeping and follow all safe operating procedures
Work rotating shifts and some overtime as required
Mechanically inclined

What We Offer

Competitive pay, including overtime after 8 hours daily
Fully paid benefits plan, including 100% paid health and dental for family
Fully paid company pension, cost of living paid 2x yearly added to your hourly rate
Overtime up to double time your hourly rate
