Job Summary

As a Client Advisor Intern, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to increase revenue and drive business growth
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to improve client experiences and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
