Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team at Laura Canada. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
- Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience, with a focus on personalized service and product knowledge.
- Financial Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, manage expenses, and maintain a high level of profitability.
- Merchandising and Inventory: Collaborate with the merchandising team to ensure that the store is visually appealing and that inventory levels are optimized.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure that the store is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with company standards.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and financial performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, customers, and vendors.
