Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MMNOF HOLDINGS LTD. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events as needed.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and expenditures, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Recruitment and Training: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies, and manage training and development programs.
  • Office Management: Oversee the preparation of reports, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Communication: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide general administrative support.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
