Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sakura Distributors Inc. as a Team Lead. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Sales and Customer Service: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Employee Development: Provide coaching and training to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Store Performance: Monitor and report on store performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
