We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Best Western Plus Merritt Hotel.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning services.
- Inspect sites and facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist housekeeping staff in performing duties and coordinate work activities with other departments.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Will train and develop skills to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Permanent position with a regular schedule of 35-40 hours per week.
- English language proficiency required.
