Job Description:Labour Relations Advisor

Telecon is seeking an experienced Labour Relations Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Talent and Culture team, you will play a strategic role in managing labour relations, interpreting collective agreements, and negotiating with union representatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead collective agreement renewal negotiations and develop negotiation strategies.
  • Provide counsel to Talent and Culture Business Partners and Managers on labour laws and collective agreements.
  • Support complex labour relations cases and investigations.
  • Compile and analyze labour relations data to identify trends.
  • Represent Telecon in grievance committees, tribunals, and other bodies.

Requirements:

  • University degree in industrial relations, law, or human resources management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in labour relations, including collective agreement negotiations.
  • Knowledge of labour laws in Quebec and Ontario.
  • Experience representing employers in administrative tribunals and working committees.
  • Successful relationship building and problem-solving skills.
