Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Northern Canna Incorporated. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to farm maintenance and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greenhouse cleaning and maintenance
  • Harvesting seedlings and other crops
  • Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
  • Mixing and applying fertilizers
  • Monitoring water lines, air flow, and temperature in barns
  • Seed cutting and processing
  • Cleaning and maintaining work areas
  • Operating and maintaining farm machinery and equipment

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

  • Repetitive tasks and physical labour
  • Permanent full-time position
  • English language required
  • 40 hours per week
