Key Responsibilities- Store Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the store, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates and customer service representatives to provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise Management: Determine the types of merchandise to be sold, implement pricing and credit policies, and locate and procure merchandise for resale.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, respond to customer complaints, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
