Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

As a Supply Chain Optimization Specialist at BRP, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of materials and parts to meet production schedules while minimizing inventories. This position requires close collaboration with suppliers, internal customers, and cross-functional teams.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in administration or operations management, or equivalent experience. Fluency in English is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office software and SAP. The ability to travel when necessary is also essential. Key skills include autonomy, leadership, analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation.
Responsibilities- Plan and follow up on parts delivery to meet just-in-time objectives.
- Develop creative solutions with suppliers and carriers to avoid production shutdowns.
- Analyze and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best interests of BRP.
- Collaborate with teams to identify areas for improvement and establish recovery plans.
- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
