Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Bistro La Coquille Ltee. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our bar runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the bar area, including arranging displays and maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Supervise bar staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Operate the cash register and manage bar inventory, including ordering stock and maintaining control of bar stock
- Provide excellent customer service, including taking beverage orders and making recommendations
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including mixed drinks, wine, draft and bottled beer, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Previous experience as a bartender or bar manager
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Basic security clearance
- Safe Food Handling certificate
