Bar Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at Bistro La Coquille Ltee. As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the bar area, including inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Supervise and train bar staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality drinks
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase bar sales and revenue
- Monitor and control bar expenses, including inventory, labor, and overhead costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including liquor licensing and health and safety standards
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve overall customer experience
- 3+ years of experience in a bar management or supervisory role
- Proven track record of increasing bar sales and revenue
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations, as well as health and safety standards
