About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine recruitment strategies
- Develop and implement effective recruitment plans to attract top talent
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment processes and procedures
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong knowledge of human resources software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field an asset
