About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Clerk to join our team at LMG Finance Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for storing, updating, and retrieving financial data, as well as administering policy changes and providing clients with information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management
    • Store, update, and retrieve financial data in a secure and accurate manner
    • Ensure data integrity and consistency across all systems
  • Policy Administration
    • Administer policy changes and updates in a timely and efficient manner
    • Communicate policy changes to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Client Support
    • Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding their financial data
    • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Financial Transaction Processing
    • Sort, verify, and process financial transactions in a secure and accurate manner
    • Ensure all transactions are properly recorded and reported
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • Will train

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
