About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Data Clerk to join our team at LMG Finance Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for storing, updating, and retrieving financial data with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Data Management: Store, update, and retrieve financial data with precision and speed.
  • Policy Administration: Administer policy changes in a timely and organized manner.
  • Client Support: Provide clients with accurate and timely information regarding their financial data.
  • Transaction Processing: Sort, verify, and process financial transactions with attention to detail.
  • Insurance Data Management: Compile and maintain insurance data and records with accuracy.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Computer and Technology Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
  • Security and Safety: Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, organized, and a team player.
