Corporate Operations Trainer Role Summary

St. Louis Bar & Grill is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Operations Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our franchisees, guests, and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure consistency and excellence in restaurant operations
  • Provide on-site training and support to new and existing locations
  • Collaborate with franchisees and management to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
  • Conduct store opening responsibilities, including preparation, training, and soft opening
  • Support restaurant operations, both franchise and corporate locations, as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant operations and training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel extensively within Canada and the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
