Job Summary
Xpera is seeking a Bilingual Senior Technical Lead to support our growing Quebec operations, which provides environmental science and project management services to the insurance and risk management markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct spill mitigation, delineation, remediation, and documentation to support clean ups and file closure.
- Work with the team to manage and direct field staff.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including budgeting and invoicing.
- Communicate with clients, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Travel within the province of Quebec and occasionally to other provinces in Canada.
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in the environmental field, with at least 5 years of project management experience.
- Experience in soil and groundwater remediation projects, including delineation, monitoring, and management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French, with strong English communication skills an asset.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
