About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance & Strategy team. This individual will help us with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for various departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. They will also deliver improvements in our integrated financial systems with business partners, financial colleagues, and engineers.

Responsibilities

  1. Leverage your financial background to support and influence key strategic and business decisions.
  2. Design and provide analytical rigor to measure efficiency and ROI of investments in headcount and non-headcount expenses.
  3. Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance routines to shape and influence decision-making (e.g., budget, forecast, monthly reviews, long-range plans).
  4. Build and own models for in-depth analyses, as well as ensure their quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
  5. Define metrics and leading indicators of business performance.
  6. Partner with cross-functional teams, such as Data Science, to develop reporting dashboards.
  7. Drive continuous process improvement, standardization, simplification, and reporting enhancements.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of relevant experience in strategic finance or FP&A.
  2. A keen analytical eye and experience building integrated models from scratch (in Excel, or other planning applications).
  3. Experience driving and executing on finance processes (e.g., budget, forecast reviews, negotiations).
  4. A proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business partners.
  5. A proven ability to be a self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision.
  6. The ability to maintain high performance under tight timelines and a "roll up your sleeves" mindset to get any job done.
  7. The ability to bring structure to ambiguous areas of opportunity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment.
  8. Excellent communication and organizational skills, both written and verbal.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to work independently, analyze problems, and data sets to make complex investigation decisions.
  10. Strong knowledge of GSuite tools, Salesforce, and MS-Office products and experience working with/analyzing contracts and large data sets using SQL.
  11. Independently analyze and evaluate information from various data sources to determine a course of action for a matched case.
  12. Demonstrated experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders.
  13. Demonstrated history of taking on various types of challenging projects and producing results.
  14. Solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for establishing best practices.
  15. Self-disciplined, diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented.

What We Offer

The annual US base salary range for this role is $122,400 - $183,600. Additional benefits may include equity, company bonus or sales commissions/bonuses, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and wellness stipends.
