Job Title: Data Engineer

At Chelsea Avondale, we're seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team. As a Data Engineer, you will play a critical role in gathering, curating, and preprocessing data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop principled data warehouse architectures, data visualizations, and data pipeline designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
  • Translate business requirements into data products that drive business outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and techniques to solve complex data problems.
  • Lead the development of scalable data ingestion systems for machine learning and AI applications.
  • Analyze complex data flows and dependencies to design optimal data storage and retrieval processes.
  • Communicate data insights to stakeholders through clear and concise reporting and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Python programming, with a strong focus on data engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau.
  • Experience with MongoDB and CI/CD tools, such as GitLab.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and drive projects end-to-end.
