About the Role

H&R Block Canada is seeking a highly motivated and organized District Operations Coordinator to support our retail operations during tax season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Support: Assist District Managers with daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of business processes.
  • Training and Development: Travel to various office locations to train staff, promote excellent client standards, and set up equipment.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new talent to support district operations.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Monitor and adjust office and staffing schedules as necessary, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Asset Management and Compliance: Maintain asset management inventory, process invoice payments, and ensure compliance with H&R Block policies and relevant legislation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or a similar customer-oriented industry.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; proficiency in additional languages an asset.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours and travel regularly to multiple district offices.
