About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Full Stack Developer to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a key member of our Health Care Technology Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recordkeeping and administration of health benefits and life insurance plans for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop robust ETL processes to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tackle new challenges and drive business growth.
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, driving research and recommendations for future releases.
  • Contribute to a teamwork environment by actively participating in peer project reviews, code reviews, and design reviews.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed designs, ensuring performance, security, usability, and scalability requirements are met.

Requirements

  • 5-9 years of development experience with 2-3 years of technical leadership experience at a senior level.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Strong understanding of REST concepts, Spring Boot, and Java 8 capabilities.
  • Excellent SQL skills and data management expertise.
