Job Summary:

Tech Tammina is seeking a skilled Software Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and improving existing ones on the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new features and improvements to existing features on the Appian platform.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Appian deployment process.
  • Collaborate with agile teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient software development.
  • Manage the availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Appian by incorporating reliability into software and systems.
  • Respond to and resolve emergent problems, and develop automation to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct thorough testing and bug-fixing to ensure high-quality software.

Requirements:

  • Appian Certifications and knowledge of Appian Plug-ins and APIs.
  • Understanding of BPM-based platforms.
  • Ability to work with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements.
  • Experience in Java, XML, Ajax, JavaScript, SQL, and BPM implementation.
  • Experience with Pega, JBM, or other BPM tools is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in software development.
