Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Appian Platform Developer to join our team at Tech Tammina. As a key member of our agile team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new features and improving existing ones on the Appian platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement new features and improvements to existing features on the Appian platform.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Appian deployment process and ensure seamless integration.
  • Collaborate with our team to manage availability, latency, scalability, and efficiency of Appian by engineering reliability into software and systems.
  • Respond to and resolve emergent problems, writing software and building automation to prevent problem recurrence.
  • Conduct thorough testing and bug-fixing to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Requirements
  • Appian Certifications and knowledge of Appian Plug-ins and APIs.
  • Understanding of BPM-based platforms and experience with Java, XML, Ajax, JavaScript, SQL, and BPM implementation.
  • Experience with Pega, JBM, or other BPM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients to define business processes and gather functional system requirements.
