The Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent position working out of our Moosomin location. You'll be responsible for:

  • Providing professional, efficient, and courteous service to clients regarding Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
  • Identifying client needs and educating them on available insurance solutions.
  • Encouraging the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with:

  • A Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
  • 2-5 years' experience in Personal Insurance sales, preferred.
  • Farm Broker Experience is an asset.
  • A friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
  • Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
  • Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
