Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Royal Classic Kitchens Manufacturing Corp.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction workers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring that projects are completed within budget.
  • Ensure that all construction work is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including ordering materials and equipment, and managing subcontractors.
  • Recruit and train new staff, and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems, and ensure that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.
  • Supervise and direct a team of 5-10 people, including kitchen cupboard and vanity installers.
  • Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard, and that all quality control checks are carried out.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Excellent oral communication and leadership skills.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of construction workers.
Working Conditions:

The Construction Site Supervisor will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with regular exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The successful candidate will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, and to follow all health and safety procedures.
