Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences. Their primary objective is to identify customer needs, determine the best solutions, and communicate these effectively.

This includes updating customers on repair progress, coordinating with team members for status updates, and addressing inquiries related to insurance processes.

  • Process customer interactions in person, via phone, or electronically in a professional manner.
  • Keep customers informed throughout the process and work with team members to gather status updates.
  • Respond to all customer inquiries, explaining insurance-related processes and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor estimating systems for requests and assignments, making notes when assignments are received and following up with customers within 24 hours to book an appraisal appointment.
  • Import assignments into estimating systems, including third-party appraisals and enter administrative data.
  • Schedule and book insurance or private repair appointments based on job duration.
