About the RoleThe Employee Experience Coordinator will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, including social events, wellness programs, and community involvement
- Developing and distributing internal communication materials, such as newsletters and company updates
- Processing HR transactions, including employee onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll inquiries
- Coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions
- Providing exceptional support to employees regarding HR inquiries and initiatives
The Employee Experience Coordinator will have the following key responsibilities:
- Manage employee programs, such as the wellness program, boot reimbursement, and tool allowance
- Organize the annual flu clinic for CFM locations to promote employee health
- Oversee and manage online Chandler accounts for employee access and needs
- Provide exceptional support to employees regarding HR inquiries and initiatives
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy in data, systems, and processes
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator or similar position
- Proficiency with HR systems, including ORC and HCM
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset
