National Construction Safety Officer

Haztech Energy Corp is seeking a highly skilled National Construction Safety Officer to join our team in Saskatchewan. This individual must possess a CSO designation and have a minimum of 2 years of safety experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for health and safety on construction projects.
- Monitor and verify processes to ensure timely completion of key activities and identify deviations or exceptions.
- Manage review guidance documents and site-specific policies/procedures to ensure compliance with site requirements.
- Provide support and guidance during planning meetings and operations meetings to ensure risks are adequately identified and controlled.
- Conduct regular inspections of the worksite to ensure compliance and risk identification/control.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions.
Requirements
- CSO designation
- Minimum 2 years of safety experience
- Experience with working at heights, confined space, excavation, hot work, lockout/tagout, and scaffolding
- Experience providing site safety supervision
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work autonomously and under pressure
- Valid driver's license and criminal record clearance
