- Develop a deep understanding of the NOW platform, system architecture, and tools.
- Diagnose and root cause various technical issues, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- Ensure timely resolution of issues in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritize, escalate, and drive issue resolution while managing communication and stakeholder expectations.
- Provide clear, high-quality technical documentation and exceptional customer service.
- Partner across teams (Product, Development, QA, Operations) to enhance processes and deliver impactful solutions.
This is a techno-operational role where you will have the opportunity to hone your technical and operational prowess. You will work closely with the engineering team to provide support and ensure that each interaction is handled with a professional attitude and a superior level of service.
