We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role involves providing administrative support to our maintenance team and ensuring the smooth operation of our site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter data into our database for assets, preventative maintenance, work orders, labour, projects, and inventory.
  • Manage parts for equipment and work with third-party contractors on-site.
  • Liaise with Maintenance and Plant Manager regarding large changes or issues.
  • Ensure accuracy of maintenance database and work with Procurement Specialist.
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Business Administration certificate with 1-3 years experience working in a site office environment.
  • Organized with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a site office environment and walk around the site in all seasons.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
