Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children, promoting their physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development. This role requires a strong commitment to providing high-quality childcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans.
  • Assist colleagues with housekeeping and cooking duties.
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support children's growth and development.
  • Maintain daycare equipment and ensure a safe environment.
  • Engage children in activities through storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts.
  • Guide children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in childcare.
  • First Aid and CPR certificates.
  • Vulnerable sector check.
