Job Title: Traffic Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Operations Manager to join our team at BOSH CONSUMER DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS LIMITED.

Job Summary

The Traffic Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational logistics of our organization, ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow
  • Organize tasks to accomplish work and meet deadlines
  • Oversee operational logistics, including freight forwarding and shipping
  • Plan and organize operational logistics, including inventory management and supply chain coordination
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, including retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre and shipping company or agency
  • Prepare and submit reports on operational performance and productivity
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, including arranging for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, including requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking and reporting on stock levels
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
