About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Traffic Operations Manager to join our team at BOSH CONSUMER DISTRIBUTION NETWORKS LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and transportation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and ensure the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation systems.

Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams

Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

Organize and maintain inventory, requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.

Lead and Develop a Team

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of logistics professionals to support our operations.

Ensure Compliance and Quality

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
