Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of a team of 5-10 staff members, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that food is prepared and served to the highest quality standards, and that all food safety procedures are followed.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that the team is adequately staffed at all times.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language: English.
