About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Project Coordinator to join our team at Troy Life & Fire Safety Ltd. As an Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage project proposals, quotes, and contracts to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and site supervisors to coordinate project activities.
  • Coordinate the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary diploma in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field.
  • 427A Sprinkler Fitter Certificate is an asset.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in design, installation, sales, or project management in the fire protection industry.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
