Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Quik Chek. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales staff.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of merchandise, maintaining accurate records and minimizing stock discrepancies.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, highlighting areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales staff, promoting their professional development and enhancing their skills.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Language: English.
Our retail store operates in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations. You will be required to work under pressure, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. Manual dexterity and attention to detail are essential for this role.

- Flexibility: You must be flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
- Organized: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and submitting regular reports.
- Reliability: You must be reliable, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Team Player: You will work as part of a team, providing support and guidance to sales staff.
