Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Francesco Food & Coffee. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Implement Operational Procedures
Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless service delivery to our customers.
Train and Develop StaffProvide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
Inventory ManagementEstimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal stock levels.
Staff ManagementRecruit, train, and manage a team of food service staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Quality ControlEnsure that food and service meet our high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, ensuring accurate financial reporting and minimizing costs.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand.
