What is the opportunity?

The Financial Services Coordinator will provide administrative support to top-producing Financial Planners, Investment and Retirement Planning, in meeting sales objectives and related activities. This role will be responsible for managing client contact, developing relationships with service partners, and ensuring operational guidelines are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay informed of current events, market news, and internal information to provide valuable insights to Financial Planners.
  • Proactively identify and provide required information/documents for Financial Planners to complete duties, and gather material for presentations and marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Financial Planners' email/mail, responding to correspondence/requests and prioritizing for them to read.
  • Ensure Financial Planners' diaries are effectively time-managed to create capacity for all required activities.

Requirements:

  • Sales-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managed individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to consistently provide superior responsive service to client requests to build customer loyalty and trust.
  • Extremely well-organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic team player who pays attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills and great sense of initiative.
  • Experience in administration or secretarial tasks is an asset.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is required, as you will regularly serve clients with English and French-speaking needs.
