Ryna Accounting & Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee data, contracts, and reports.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients and colleagues.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate must be able to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
