We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team at Pitts Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities across various work units and departments.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate tasks and activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
  • Provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Train workers in duties and policies, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational logistics.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain a productive work environment.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience.

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
  • Ability to travel frequently or constantly, with variable work schedules and compressed workweeks possible.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; higher education is an asset but not necessary.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in other languages a plus.
