Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and outgoing Server to join our team at Match Eatery and Public House. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain expert knowledge of products, events, and promotions to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Take orders, expedites, and serve food and beverages accurately within time guidelines.
  • Participate in promotional activities, including social media, events, and photo sessions.
  • Introduce or present live entertainment as required.

Requirements

  • Two years or more experience in a similar high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Cash handling experience using a POS system or cashier register.
  • Serving It Right certificate.
  • World Host/Super Host certificate or other similar customer service programs preferred.
  • Proven selling, marketing, and service skills in a dining, retail, or promotions environment.
  • Effective public speaking skills and presence.
  • Ability to carry up to 30 pounds, specifically a fully loaded serving tray.
  • Knowledge of specialty food and beverage items.
