Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

CAPONE\u2019S HIDEAWAY LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping department, ensuring that our facilities are clean and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and customer service.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

  • Fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding.
