Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

At Capone's Hideaway Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of the cleaning team, including scheduling and task allocation.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of cleaning services with other facility operations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
