The successful candidate will provide financial information and insights to support management decision-making. They will work closely with the Investment departments to drive fit-for-purpose reporting, analytics, and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and reports to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide analytical support to the Investment departments to drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information.
  • Support the development of new data and analytics initiatives to enhance information flows.
  • Partner with Finance colleagues to develop self-serve capabilities and multi-dimensional reporting/dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in financial analysis within financial services or consulting.
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional designations (CFA, CPA, CIPM) are considered assets.
  • Proven experience in SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Power BI is considered an asset.
  • Strong presentation skills with experience building compelling presentation decks in MS PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high-quality work under pressure and with time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Ability to coordinate between multiple stakeholders and effectively project manage deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, able to think critically and creatively, adaptable to changing priorities and new challenges.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as to perform effectively in a team-oriented environment.
