About the Role

As a Senior Finance Business Partner at Dyson, you will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Business Team by providing financial leadership and strategic guidance. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, planning, and analysis to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business Director and team to develop annual targets and strategies for customer growth and expansion.
  • Lead the analysis and financial impact of key initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Responsible for analyzing monthly business financial results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for corrective action.
  • Support the Building Blocks process for the business unit, developing projected full P&L statements.
  • Responsible for reporting, tracking, and identifying risks and opportunities for budgets related to promotion, gross margin, overheads, and other costs.
  • Prepare and share monthly P&L results with the Business Director and Finance Director.
  • Identify process and cost optimization opportunities across the business.

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and collaborative professional with a strong background in financial analysis and business partnering. You should have a university degree in finance or accounting, with 4+ years of experience in a CPG or technology company. You should be able to demonstrate advanced analytical skills in MS Excel and SAP, as well as a proven understanding of commercial finance.
