Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at New Wave Convenience. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is always stocked with a wide range of products.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise Staff: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, assigning duties and tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the store.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always stocked with the latest products.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring that our customers leave the store satisfied.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Setting: Urban area, vape shop, retail business.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
- Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity and be able to handle a variety of tasks.
- Combination of Sitting, Standing, Walking: Spend time sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Client Focus: Possess a client-focused attitude and be able to work effectively with customers.
- Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Organized: Possess strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Reliability: Be reliable and able to maintain a high level of productivity.
- Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to the success of the store.
