Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Modinno Dwellings Inc.

Job Summary:

The Construction Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities on our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, oversee apprenticeship training, and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, provide guidance and support, and ensure that all team members are working safely and efficiently.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work site is safe and secure for all employees and visitors.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards.
  • Recruitment and Training: Recruit and hire workers, provide training and development opportunities, and ensure that all employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a construction site supervision role.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to health and safety.
