Job Title: Education Assistant - Casual

We are seeking a Casual Education Assistant to join our team at the Keewatin-Patricia District School Board. As an Education Assistant, you will provide support to students with special needs, assist with lesson planning and preparation, and help with record-keeping and other related duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist students with special needs with activities and tasks
  • Help with lesson planning and preparation
  • Assist with record-keeping and data collection
  • Provide support to teachers and other staff members
Qualifications:
  • Ontario High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One of the following: Diploma in Teacher Aide Program, Child Care Worker Program, Developmental Services Worker Program, Children's Services Program or Early Childhood Education Program, Ontario Teacher Certification, or an equivalent diploma or certificate program as determined by the Board
