About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Merchandiser to join our Atlantic Retail team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in building and supporting relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations to drive sales growth and market share.
  • Merchandising Execution: Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards, including installing, replacing, and updating point-of-sale materials.
  • Product Distribution: Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store and head office compliance, and that product is rotated and checked for code dates to prevent expired product from being sold.
  • Competitive Activity: Observe and record all competitive activity and report accordingly to inform business decisions.
  • Product Quality: Ensure product quality in assigned accounts, including checking for out-of-code product, torn packaging, and other quality issues.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from Molson Coors warehouse.
Requirements
  • Education: Post-secondary degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of merchandising or sales experience in the Molson organization or other consumer packaged goods organization.
  • Driver's License: Must have and maintain a provincial valid driver's license in good standing with no limitations or restrictions.
  • Criminal Background Check: Will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check as part of the recruitment process.
