About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Merchandiser to join our Atlantic Retail team in St. John's, NL. As a Sales Merchandiser, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key customers, business partners, and industry associations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Install, replace, and update point-of-sale materials, including racks, price cards, and display units.
- Ensure product quality and availability in assigned accounts.
- Manage shipping and receiving of all point-of-sale materials from the Molson Coors warehouse.
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and market trends.
Requirements:
- Post-secondary degree in Marketing or Business.
- 1-2 years of experience in merchandising or sales, preferably in the consumer packaged goods industry.
- Valid provincial driver's license with no limitations or restrictions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
